How to delete your DzenQ account

In the app

• Open DzenQ → «Me» → «Delete account» at the bottom. The app shows what goes and what stays, and offers two ways:
• «For good — with the 12 words»: your identifier ends and nothing can be signed for it again.
• «Only the data — no words»: data leaves the server and the device, but the 12 words can bring the identifier back.

What is deleted

• Profile (name, photo, coins), address digests for search, address proofs and linked accounts, letters in your mailbox, the notification token, your files and backups in the DzenQ cloud, the anonymous sign-in. On the device — keys, contacts, thanks, tickets, notes.
• Deletion on the server happens right away.

What stays

• The public key log (KEL) and period seals — public keys and digests, no names or addresses. Without them thanks you gave others can't be verified.
• Thanks and tickets you already gave stay with the people you gave them to, and letters waiting for other people's addresses.
• Backups you saved yourself in Google Drive, Dropbox or as a file — delete them there.

No access to the app?

Write to liubomyr.ivanitskyi@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" and give your identifier (shown in the app: «Me» → «12 words and identifier») or a proved e-mail. We delete the server data within 30 days.
